Graphic Design:

Unlimited Revisions: Specto offers unlimited revisions, but it’s important to note that this doesn’t entail a complete overhaul of the design. Once the general design/theme is established and mutually agreed upon, any further changes will be subject to an additional fee.

Payment Terms: Specto exclusively accepts cryptocurrency payments, and all payments must be made upfront before the design process commences. Clients have the option to pay 50% upfront or utilize a middleman for graphic design orders if full upfront payment is uncomfortable.

Artist Tag: Each thread design created by Specto includes a very small artist tag. Should you wish to have this removed, a fee of +$10 will be applied.

Portfolio buyout:
25% Fee of the total product.

Refund Policy: Specto does not offer refunds for it’s graphic design services once the payment has been made. Not even when the design process hasn’t begun. This is due to fees and security purposes.

File Storage: Specto retains client files for up to 1 year. If clients wish to save their files beyond this period, they must notify Specto. Specto is not responsible for any loss of files once they have been delivered unless a request to save the files is made.

Development:

Unlimited Revisions: Similar to graphic design, Specto provides unlimited revisions until the agreed-upon product is achieved. Afterward, any further revisions will incur an additional fee.

Payment Terms: Cryptocurrency payments are the only accepted method for development services. Payments must be made upfront, and clients can choose to pay 100% upfront or discuss alternative payment schemes if full upfront payment is a concern. Specto reserves the right to decline any deal if the proposed payment scheme poses too much risk.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the development of the product has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

2. If no work has been initiated, a full refund of the deposit is applicable.

3. In situations where work has started but the project remains incomplete, a partial refund of the deposit may be considered. The refund amount will take into account the time and resources already invested in the project.

Portfolio buyout:
10% Fee of the total product.
